Hardly a day goes by in our office without opening the jar of Tini's homemade granola. So that you can enjoy it too, we're sharing her recipe today.

Your ingredients:
• 300 g oats
• 100 ml maple syrup
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 handful of cashews
• 1 handful of walnuts
• 1 handful of pecans
• 1 handful of almonds
• 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
• 1 handful of sunflower seeds
Here's how to do it:
First, you need to roughly chop all the nuts and seeds with a knife.

Now mix the oats with the salt and the chopped nuts.

Now pour the maple syrup over the oat and seed mixture and mix everything well. Then spread the granola evenly on a baking sheet.

Bake the granola in the preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes until it turns crispy brown. Be sure to check it occasionally so it doesn't get a burnt taste. Let it cool & enjoy!
